Create a Web Shortcut Using Safari on Mac
To make a desktop web shortcut on a Mac, first open a Safari browser window and navigate to the Agent Knowledgebase portal (click here www.agentknowledgebase.com).
In that window, hover your mouse cursor over the address bar at the top of the window, and a small plus (“+”) icon will appear on the far left side. Click and drag the plus icon onto your desktop and release your mouse or trackpad button. Your new shortcut icon will then appear.
After that, you can double-click the shortcut icon, and your default browser app will open and automatically load the Agent Knowledgebase portal!
